If you ever ventured over to YkOnline.ca you realize soon enough that I love that City. It is my home, where I grew up and where I always want to be connected too. So when *amazing* Photographer Dave Brosha approached me about writing an article on me for the Above & Beyond Magazine about my connection with the north, I was ecstatic.
I’m not sure what more I can say about it. I’m greatly appreciative of both Dave for writing it and Above & Beyond for publishing it. I relate what I’m currently feeling to the moment a person realizes that they are doing something that is not only being noticed, but being appreciated. It is an overwhelming feeling, because I have to be honest, I’m just doing what I love and wouldn’t do anything else.
If you haven’t already go out and find a copy of the magazine. If you can’t find one, you can read it below or from this PDF. Early this morning I also received a note from John Kitsco of Blog4Change.org who wrote a response to the article.
Once again thanks to everyone for the continued support, and although YkOnline.ca may not be as busy this winter, I have not abandon it and never will abandon Yellowknife.
